- You have a 10-day inspection period, starting from the day the shipment
arrives at your FedEx station.
- At any
time during the 10-day inspection period, you can return your purchase
to Houston-Diamonds.com for a full refund less original shipping/insurance.
- Call Houston-Diamonds.com at 832-252-6770 for a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) and Return Shipping details.
- Send us your undamaged purchase not later than the 11th day after receipt.
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the return to determine
whether it is in its original condition.
- If your purchase is in its original condition, we mail you a company
check for the sum of the refund.
- If your purchase is found damaged, you will receive a certified
copy of the independent laboratory certification document as an attachment to any damage claim made by Whiteflash.com, Inc.
Refunds
- We offer 100% money back guarantee on all diamonds and standard settings
and 80% on all designer and semi-custom rings returned in its original
condition with RAN.
- All custom
work and special orders cannot be returned for a refund unless there is
an error by Houston-Diamonds.com . All shipping charges are refunded when there is an error by Houston-Diamonds.com.
- No jewelry can be accepted for refund if Whiteflash security tag has
been removed or if there is any evidence of damage.
- If the original diamond grading report is mislaid or lost, there will be
$200 replacement fee deducted from the refund.
Return Instructions
- As soon as we receive an e-mail or phone return request, we will give
you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN).
- Pack your purchase with all the original materials into a shipping box.
Review that it is all there.
- Clearly mark on the box our address and the RAN.
- Ship the product via United States Postal Service only, registered and insured for the full amount of the purchase to the following address:
