All diamonds and jewelry purchased from Houston-Diamonds.com will be shipped via Federal Express®. Each Purchase includes one free shipping within the United States.
 
Shipping will be made on the same day if payment is made with a Bank Wire Transfer. However, if payment is made with a Cashier's Check, then the merchandise will be held until the check clears - usually a minimum of 2 days, at times up to 7 days - at which point the goods will be shipped.
 
Shipping outside the USA
 
Shipping rates for other countries will depend on country of destination + insurance value of package. Exact shipping costs outside the US will be provided at time of purchase.
  • We ship from Monday to Friday via insured Federal Express only. Packages usually arrive within 2 - 3 business days depending on the custom rules of your country.
  • Exact shipping costs will be provided at the time of purchase (see table of shipping rates) Additional excise and/or import taxes may apply. You will need to contact the relevant authorities or Federal Express in your country to ascertain these costs.
  • Federal Express will not deliver packages to a P.O. Box. However, the package can be held for pick up at a Federal Express station in your area. Your signature and picture identification is required for Federal Express to release the package to you at the station.
  • Our insurance ends the moment the package is delivered. Please make sure that you do not have a signature release on file with Federal Express. If you do, the package may be left on your doorstep, deemed delivered and it will not be insured against loss or theft.
  • Your package is insured by a third party, and not by Federal Express. Even though Federal Express guarantees on time priority delivery before 10:30 a.m., if there is a delivery delay, your shipping charge cannot be refunded. This is due to the fact that the majority of the shipping charge is for the insurance.
